Do you save my bank or credit card Information?
Absolutely not! All payments are handled through PayPal. No personal bank or credit card information ever passes through Nerd Rage Toys.
Do you use a “secure” checkout?
We sure do. Any time you enter personal information on a Nerd Rage Toys page, check the URL for the secure “HTTPS”.
If you do not see the “HTTPS”, or there is an encryption error on a page in which you enter personal information, please report it to us immediately.
Do you have a Privacy Policy or Terms of Use that I can view?
Yes we do. You can find our Terms of Use HERE, and our Privacy Policy HERE. You can also view these at any time by clicking the links at the bottom of any Nerd Rage Toys page.
Do I need to register an account to be able to purchase items from your site?
No, you do not need an account to make a purchase with Nerd Rage Toys.
During checkout, you will have the option to “Check out as guest”, or you can register for a new account.
The benefit to creating a Nerd Rage Toys account is that you will be able to view prior purchases, and edit/update your shipping information.
How do I register an account with your site?
There are two ways to to register for an account.
You can click on My Account in the navigation bar at the top of the page. This will take you to the account menu, where you will be able to log in to a current account, or start a new one.
You can also create a new account during checkout. When you go through the checkout process, you will be given the option to create a new account, or “Check out as a guest”
In most cases, your order will process within 24 hours. It can, however, take up to 48 hours depending on the volume of orders being processed that day, and/or because of weekends and holidays.
How do I know when my order has processed?
You can view your order status by logging in to “My Account“. The order will be listed as “Complete” when it has been shipped. In addition, tracking information will be sent to the email address you registered your account with.
You can also check the order receipt directly on your PayPal account for shipping information.
Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely. Most orders ship out within 24 hours though, and any cancellation you would like to make must be made before your item is shipped. If you would like to cancel your order after it has already shipped, it will be subject to our RETURN POLICY.
To request an order cancellation, use the CONTACT US form, and provide the order # in which you would like to cancel. All funds will be refunded to the account in which the payment was made.
Because all purchases are processed through PayPal, payments are processed immediately for all items, including Pre-Orders.
How do you calculate the shipping for Pre-Order items if you don’t have them in hand?
The weights for Pre-Order items are based on preliminary factory specs provided by the wholesaler. In most cases, the weights of the items differ, and the shipping cost is far less than what was quoted. Excess shipping costs will be refunded to the account in which the payment was made.
Can I cancel my Pre-Order?
Absolutely. Use the CONTACT US form, and provide the order # in which you would like to cancel. All funds will be refunded to the account in which the payment was made.
Pre-Orders will be refunded in full if cancellation is placed within 60 days of your purchase. After 60 days, payments will be refunded less the cost of the PayPal fees.
Can I purchase a gift certificate for Nerd Rage Toys?
Yes, you can. We offer digital gift certificates for multiple denominations to fit everyone’s budget. You can find the gift certificate link on the top right of the Nerd Rage Toys home page.
How do your gift certificates work?
The gift certificates are integrated through PayPal, and can only be used at nerdragetoys.com. Upon purchasing the gift certificate, you will be presented with a redemption code which can be redeemed through the PayPal checkout page. You must have a PayPal account to redeem your gift certificate. Sorry, gift certificates are non-refundable.
Where do I enter the gift certificate code?
From the Nerd Rage Toys Checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal. Once you have logged in to PayPal to select your payment type, you will see an option that says “PayPal gift card, certificate, reward, or other discount Redeem “. Once you have clicked on “Redeem”, you will be prompted to enter your gift certificate code.
Can I buy a gift certificate for myself, or does it have to be for someone else?
Of-course you can. On the checkout page for the gift certificate, leave the “Recipient’s Email” box blank if you intend to purchase the certificate for yourself. PayPal will not let you use the email address registered to the PayPal account in which you are purchasing the certificate with, as the “Recipient’s Email”.
Do I have to use the entire gift certificate in one purchase?
Absolutely not. PayPal will save any remaining balance to be used on your next nerdragetoys.com purchase.
When initially adding items to your cart, the shipping total you see may reflect the fastest shipping method available for your items. If you proceed to the final checkout page, you will have the option to choose different, and less expensive shipping methods.
Do you add a handling charge to the shipping cost?
Yes, we add a small handling charge to account for the cost of shipping supplies and PayPal fees. The charge is added to the calculated shipping quote.
How do you calculate shipping?
All shipping is calculated via an integrated U.S. Postal Service shipping calculator. Any increase or decrease in shipping rates is at the soul discretion of the U.S. Postal Service.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. Nerd Rage Toys LLC is not responsible for these charges. Certain products may have restrictions or other regulations that may prohibit delivery to your country. Please contact your local customs department for more information.
Why is international shipping so expensive?
Any parcel shipped outside of the United States is subject to international rates. These rates are set by United States Postal Service, and can be verified through the USPS website.
We will gladly except the return of any item we ship to you within 7 days of it being received. However, all returns are at the soul discretion of Nerd Rage Toys LLC. All items must be returned in their original described state, with all accessories and/or in the original factory sealed packaging.
Pre-Order items will be refunded in full if cancellation is placed within 60 days of your purchase. After 60 days, payments will be refunded less the cost of the PayPal fees.
Nerd Rage Toys LLC is not responsible for any damages accrued during delivery, and reserves the right to deny any returns due to said damages.
Once an eligible return has been received, a full refund (less the cost of shipping) will be returned to the account in which payment was made. Nerd Rage Toys LLC is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Nerd Rage Toys custom apparel and gift certificates are non-refundable.
